In recent days, the whole world has been talking about the miraculous miracles that occurred on a flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv. Even cynical and skeptical people are talking openly about the unimaginable sequence of miracles that happened there.

And this connects us to the Genesis account, in which we read about the creation of the world. We know the laws of nature by which the world operates, and seemingly we do not see the hand of the Creator. But in the six days of Genesis, not only were the heavens and the earth and all their details created, but also the laws of nature, and God, the Holy One, governs His world through the systems of nature themselves.

That is why a believing Jew says about everything he plans to do - 'if God wills,' 'with God's help,' because without the blessing from above, even the most promising thing may go wrong, whereas when God wills, even the most difficult and impossible situation becomes a success story.

The divine hand

We saw the hand of God in the wonderful sequence of miracles throughout the war over the past three years. God's blessing served in the self-sacrifice of the warriors, and granted the people of Israel glorious victories that left the entire world speechless.

But last week's flight illustrated in the most amazing way how God's hand guides seemingly natural movements.

See the sequence of miracles:

1) The captain of the plane was attacked by surprise from behind, with a sharp axe, an attack that should have killed him. Despite his serious injury, he managed to open the cockpit door.

2) A mother who was accompanying her daughter, who needed the bathroom at that exact moment, noticed what was happening in the cockpit and alerted her to what was happening.

3) Several Israeli passengers immediately stood up and took action, struggling with the co-pilot, taking control of him and preventing him from continuing his actions.

4) Yaniv Hayon, a plumber by profession, after neutralizing the terrorist, pulled the controls and brought the plane out of the dive position a few seconds before the crash became inevitable.

5) The plane dived at tremendous speed, which creates an extreme load on the plane and could lead to its disintegration.

6) The dive was so severe that part of the tail was damaged, and aviation experts expressed surprise that the entire tail was not dislodged.

7) There were two additional pilots on the plane, who were not supposed to be crew on this flight, and they knew how to stabilize and land it.

8) The success of bringing the plane to a safe landing after several of its systems were damaged is a miracle in itself.

9) After an attack in the cockpit, an extreme dive, a physical struggle inside the plane, and damage to the plane – all passengers and crew survived.

10) And the enormous miracle – the foiling of the terrorist pilot's plot to crash the plane into a crowded terminal at Ben Gurion Airport, which could have created a terrorist attack of monstrous proportions, had it not happened!

It will be a year of radiant wonders.

It is no wonder that many of the plane's passengers recorded themselves going to the synagogue to bless "HaGomel," and the entire nation of Israel expresses gratitude to the Creator of the world for His immense grace, which thwarted the plot of our enemies to turn the holiday into mourning, and instead saw everyone "for His grace prevailed over us.".

We live in a wonderful time when the hand of God, protecting the people of Israel, appears again and again openly, for all to see. Let us trust in the Creator that indeed the coming year Twas thatNat Pas a sign of GAnd pregnant, in the true and complete redemption.
