The Israel First party, led by former Deputy Foreign Minister Sharan Haskel, launched an election campaign today (Monday) with a distinct anti-Semitic flavor.
The campaign video, which was created using artificial intelligence and published under the title "Captive Audience," shows an ultra-Orthodox figure pulling a bill from the pocket of a wounded, bruised, and shackled soldier, then dismissively saying to him: "Thank you, righteous man.".
In the official statement released by the party alongside the video, they intensified their messages towards the ultra-Orthodox sector. The statement described the ultra-Orthodox public as those who "extort and evade" and who treat IDF fighters as "personal ATMs and human shields.".
MK Meir Porush responded: "What can we complain about the Green Party from Britain, when the former Deputy Foreign Minister here in Israel publishes anti-Semitic election propaganda.".
