Lukacs noted that in her understanding this is a legal project. Golan rejected the comments: "No. Absolutely not.".
He added: "The fact that now three guys decide they are settling somewhere, even if it's on state land or survey land, doesn't make it legal.".
Golan was later asked if the "farm project" was not done according to a government decision - and he replied: "No.".
