
A 13-year-old boy was moderately injured this afternoon (Wednesday) after falling from a height in a yeshiva building on Don Yosef Hanasi Street in Bnei Brak.
Rescue forces called to the scene provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Sheba Tel Hashomer Hospital, suffering from head and back injuries.
Yehuda Miller, Mailach Hennig and Rafael Peretz, paramedics from United Hatzalah, said: "His friends told us that he fell from a window about 4 meters high at the educational institution where he was staying. We provided him with medical treatment at the scene, which included dressings and immobilizations, and he is being taken to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer, suffering from head injuries and his condition is described as moderate.".
Rescue paramedics Menachem Singer and Daniel Sall: "When we arrived at the scene, we found a 13-year-old boy suffering from a head injury after falling from a height of about 5 meters. Together with rescue and MDA paramedics, we provided him with initial medical treatment, which included immobilization and dressings, and he was evacuated in moderate condition in an MDA ambulance staffed by rescue volunteers to continue receiving medical treatment in the trauma room at Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.""
