The fight against terrorist infrastructure and weapons in Samaria: Over the course of two nights, Ariel police officers, together with the Sha'i District's Counter-Terrorism Unit, prison command forces, and IDF forces from the Samaria Brigade, operated in several locations in and around Nablus, against infrastructure that was suspected of being used for the production, repair, and possession of weapons.
The activity was implemented at the end of a lengthy process of gathering, including, and directing all bodies, which led to a focus on several targets and joint operational activity in the field.
During the operation, the forces raided eight lathes and located 48 machines that were suspected of being used to manufacture and repair weapons.
All the machines were destroyed by Yahalam fighters.
In addition, a hunting rifle was seized by IDF forces, along with other equipment and artifacts.
During the activity, 11 suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in weapons offenses and the operation of infrastructure, and they were transferred to the Israel Police for further investigation.
