Yesterday (Saturday), the police received a report about a young man, a 23-year-old resident of Tel Aviv, who had been missing from his home since this morning - and his traces have since disappeared.
Police forces worked to locate him and return him to his home.
In the evening, during a family walk around the city, the 5-year-old daughter of Israel Hasid, a ZAKA volunteer, noticed a young man walking barefoot on the street.
His behavior aroused her suspicion, and her father immediately approached him - and at the same time called the police.
Israel Hasid: "Last night I went out with my daughters for a walk in the city near Reading. On the way back to the car, my little daughter noticed a young man walking barefoot, and this immediately aroused her suspicion. I approached him and started talking to him, and at the same time I called the police to the scene.
""During the conversation, I realized that this was a confused young man, who was disoriented in location and time. The police forces that arrived at the scene began questioning him, and after a few minutes we realized that he was missing.".
""It's a great satisfaction for me and there's no better way to start the week than knowing that we were able to locate the missing person and return him to his home, hours before a disaster could have occurred."
