Direct Poll on i24: Likud strengthens, United Torah Judaism declines, Erdan and Tropper are eliminated

The turbulent Likud primaries are over: Data from a survey conducted by the Direct Polls Institute, headed by Zuriel Sharon, and published this evening (Tuesday) on the i24 channel, indicate that four parties are recording an increase of one seat compared to last week's survey.

According to the data, the Likud party is strengthening after the primaries and receiving 31 seats, compared to 30 in the previous poll. Eisenkot's left-wing Yashar party is receiving 24 seats - an increase of one seat, the Democrats are receiving 11 seats compared to 10 last week, and Bennett's Together party is also recording an increase of one seat - and receiving 9 seats.

United Torah Judaism loses one seat and drops to 8 seats, as does Lieberman's Yisrael Beiteinu party, which also receives 8 seats.

Shas remains stable and maintains 8 seats, Otzma Yehudit loses one seat and gains 6 seats. Ra'am remains stable with 5 seats, as does Religious Zionism, which remains with 5 seats, and Hadash-Ta'al, which loses one seat, closing the list with 5 seats.

The parties that do not pass the threshold: Moshe Feiglin's Zehut, Balad, Yaron Zelicha's Economic Party, Hili Tropper's Beit Zioni and Yoaz Hendel's do not pass the threshold.

The parties that do not pass the threshold and receive less than one percent are Gilad Erdan's Unity Party, Blue and White, and Noam LeIsrael.

Divided into blocs: the coalition receives 58 seats, the opposition with 52, and the Arab parties with 10 seats,

The sample was collected and compiled by Direct Polls Ltd., headed by Tzuriel Sharon, for the i24NEWS channel, on August 18, 2026, using a digital system combined with a panel, among 522 adult respondents (18+) who constitute a representative sample of the population in Israel. The statistical sampling error is ±4.2% with a probability of 95%.
