Strengthening in the world of Torah: Members of the Council of Torah Scholars of Degel joined the call of Rosh Yeshivah HaGerma Hirsch to maintain a "fast of speech" at the beginning of the Sedars, in order to fight the enemies of the Torah world.

In a special letter enclosed by the members of the 'Council', they wrote: "We hereby join wholeheartedly in the call of our Rabbi Maran Rosh Ha-Yeshiva, the Graema Hirsch, to establish special Shkida seders in all kollels in the Land of Israel and to study with complete continuity and with a fasting speech for at least the first half hour of seder A, until the High Holy Days.".

They then congratulated that "this right will stand for all of Israel against the severe persecutions and renewed troubles due to the oppressor.".

The letter, which is currently being published in all kollels, is leading to great encouragement among the avrechim, as a direct continuation of the special event that took place at the residence of the Grand Master Hirsch, along with dozens of heads of kollels in the Holy Land prior to his trip to the United States.

The letter was signed by the elders of the council, the Gramatz Bergman, the Gravat Pobarsky, the Gravat Piltz, the Gravat Cohen, and the Gravat Finkel.

It should be noted that a gathering with the great rabbis will also be held at the residence of Maran Rosh HaYeshiva, the Grat "D" Lando - during which a call will be issued for strengthening and good reception by the avrechim and the Bnei Torah.

A similar letter was also sent by Grand Master Sternbuch, calling for reinforcements as part of the Amalek War.
