The arrests of the "evaders" continue: Rabbi Chaim Mekeiten, 27, a resident of Elad, a student at the Ateret Shlomo kollel in the Ganei Hadar neighborhood in Petah Tikva, was arrested today (Wednesday) at 9:30 a.m. near the kollel by traffic police from the Taiba police station, and handed over to the military police.
According to reports, the man was arrested after being detained for inspection because of a broken headlight in his vehicle. During the inspection, it was determined that he was a "deserter" and was taken to the Rosh Ha'ayin police station - and later handed over to the military police and taken into custody.
The young man, a father of four children, including a six-month-old baby, is represented by the lawyers of the Am Kadosh organization.
This is the first arrest after the violent demonstrations by the 'Flag' on Monday.
After about four hours, at the end of Attorney Shlomo Hadad's activity, the prisoner was released.
