Journalist and presenter Shahar Glick is leaving Galei Tzahal and joining Kan News - where he will serve as a political correspondent.
The move comes about two weeks after the announcement of political reporter Michael Shemesh's move from Kan News to Channel 13.
On 'Kan News', 26-year-old Glick will serve as a political correspondent in the political desk, alongside Yaara Shapira and Dikla Aharon Shafran.
Glick served as the political correspondent for Galei Tzahal for the past four years. Previously, he covered the haredim, Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and defense.
In addition, he presented a weekly program on Galei Tzahal and served as a panelist on Channel 12 for the past two years.
Glick is the son of Yehuda Glick, who previously served as a Likud member of Knesset.
Shahar Glick wrote: "I am excited to announce that I will soon join the Israel Broadcasting Corporation and become a political correspondent at Kan 11. This is the opportunity to say thank you to Galei Tzahal, which has been a true home for the past 7 years, for its employees, commanders, and various soldiers - for the countless doors that have opened to me.".
