On the occasion of Shavuot: The Italian pasta brand Barilla is launching a special edition festive series that includes four unique types of pasta, designed to upgrade any dairy meal and provide a rich and precise taste and texture experience.
The series includes four selected types, one of which is being launched for the first time in Israel: Fusilli Boccetti Corti Pasta – a pasta in the shape of a curled, hollow, and spacious spiral that optimally captures the sauce.
The unique structure allows for deep absorption of flavors, while maintaining an al dente texture that does not soften excessively. The combination of excellent sauce absorption and meticulous texture makes it an ideal choice for festive meals.
Alongside the new launch, the series also includes: Pasta Terrasina – made from two braids braided together, with a unique appearance and a bite-sized texture. Pasta Playa Piano – a combination of tagliatelle pasta alongside green Playa Piano with spinach, to add color and festivity to the table, and Pasta Castellana – shaped like shells with delicate grooves that allow the sauce to penetrate and envelop each bite.
In addition to the limited edition, Barilla offers a wide variety of pastas suitable for the Shavuot table, including: egg pappardelle, tagliatelle, cannelloni, tricolor, and Italian lasagna.
Alongside pastas, the brand also offers a series of sauces based on traditional Italian recipes and ingredients, including various herbs and vegetables.
Among the sauces: Pomodoro, Basil, Spicy Arrabiata, Tuscan and Bolognese base sauce. All of Barilla's delicious sauces are ready to use, without the need for additional seasoning, and are suitable for all types of pasta and as a "dip" for holiday pastries.
In addition, the brand recently launched a dedicated pizza sauce, based on 100% Italian tomatoes* – with a rich texture that spreads easily and evenly and can upgrade any homemade pizza.
