The IDF eliminated a three-terrorist squad that engaged in a face-to-face battle with Paratrooper Brigade forces last night in the Bint Jbeil area in southern Lebanon.
During the clash, ten fighters were injured, three of them seriously, one moderately and six lightly.
When the fire was opened, the fighters returned fire towards the sources of the fire, and at the same time, a rapid closing of the circle was carried out, which included tank fire and precise air force strikes.
During the exchange of fire, two terrorists were eliminated at the scene, and the building from which they were operating was attacked and destroyed.
A third terrorist, who was identified as trying to flee the scene during the incident, was located within a short time and also eliminated in an air strike.
